Noble Ethos invests in property development companies. The name is an anagram for its director, Helen Stobo. It grew from an entertainment company, home rental and renovations.
We started in the early '70s with a Disc Jockey company. With those funds and contacts, we invested in home rentals and renovation in Calgary, Southern Alberta and B.C.. Finally, we formed Noble Ethos to invest in property development companies.
Our biggest project was a condominium complex in Mount Royal, Calgary.
Financing was put in place, and an architect hired (I wanted more sandstone).

In less than a day, all 4 older homes were cleared away to make room for 16 new ones.
We rent clean, family homes that don't look like rentals.
If you rent homes, you renovate homes.
It all started with our Disc Jockey company. Here we are in the Calgary Stampede Parade.
